Order processing and delivery time
The order processing time is 2 (two) to 4 (four) business days from payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM follow the standard processing time; after this time, an additional business day is added. After shipping, the average delivery time varies depending on the region and the type of logistics service chosen:

Steering correction

If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to correct it. After this time, it will be your responsibility to track your order and, if necessary, pick up the package at your nearest post office.

Cancellations and refunds

You can request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, if the order has already been sorted or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you have the right to refuse delivery, and the refund will be issued once the package is returned to our distribution center.

Order tracking and monitoring

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email. To track your shipment, use the tracking tool available on our website. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update. Delivery and Collection at Agency
The order may be accepted by any responsible person at the registered office, upon signature and presentation of a document.
If Correos cannot deliver the package, up to two additional attempts will be made. If this is not possible, the package will be held at a local branch for ten days. After this period, it will be returned to our distribution center.
